Hi there! My name is Mike Seiler. I'm the Broker of Record and Owner of Century 21 In-Studio Realty.

On top of the 'Real Estate Transaction', I have a passion for family, entrepreneurship, marketing and photography.

As the one with highest status in their company, the Broker of Record often gets call listings from the public - this traffic belongs to our agents in the company, plain and simple.

That’s why we would never want to be in a position where we could be competing with, or taking business away from, our loyal and valued realtors and agents that help make Century 21 In-Studio so amazing.

After all, who wants to be part of a team or company that’s going to poach their clients and hog business? We don’t.

It’s my obligation as Broker of Record and Owner to be available for the realtors in my office that need my support and help. And it’s a responsibility and role I take great pride in doing to the best of my ability.

Each realtor on our team has their own goals; and we’re here to put them in the best position to reach those goals. Rather thn competing, we encourage, support, and work alongside our realtors to ensure they have everything they need to be successful.
